WSM recently announced the appointment of Dan Garrett as Director of WSM’s Parts & Service. Dan has worked for WSM for over 22 years and brings a vast amount of experience to this expanded role. “We consistently hear from our customers how important quick response for parts and service is to them,” said Mark Lyman, president of West Salem Machinery, “We want to ensure that our commitment is well understood by the industry and have further invested in our Parts and Service group by formally separating them from any new equipment responsibilities and adding personnel.”
