Continuing the tradition of innovation and improvement, West Salem Machinery (WSM) added a hydraulic case option to the horizontal grinder. The use of a pivoted, split front housing combined with dual hydraulic cylinders mounted to the sides of the machine make the hog faster, simpler, and safer to open. The large opening proves outstanding access to common wear components, including the anvil, hammers, and screens. As the first to build this unique design, WSM has improved machine access, decreased downtime and increased safety for customers.
