The system features a large receiving conveyor with access platform for placing large bales of material. The variable speed infeed conveyor delivers bales to the bale breaker unit, which rips apart and separates the baled material, which then feeds directly to a Disc Screen. The Disc Screen removes small debris (including caps, dirt, and small contaminants) before delivering material to the sorting conveyor. With capacities up to 12,000 lbs. per hour, WSM's new bale breaking, screening, and sorting system delivers superior performance in processing recycled plastic materials.
